Secure tunnels for developers

Expose localhost to the internet in one command

Getwebup Tunnels gives the site running on your computer a secure public HTTPS URL. Share work in progress, test webhooks and demo to clients without deploying anything.

Everything you need to share local work

One small command-line tool, a dashboard to manage it, and an edge network that keeps your local server safe.

HTTPS tunnels

Every tunnel gets a public https:// address on tunnel.devai.in with a valid certificate. WebSockets, server-sent events and streaming responses just work.

Custom domains

Serve a tunnel on your own name, such as dev.example.com. Point a CNAME record at Getwebup, prove ownership with a TXT record and we issue the certificate for you.

TCP tunnels

Expose SSH, databases, game servers or any other TCP service on a public tcp:// address that you can reserve and keep.

Request inspector

See every request and response at http://127.0.0.1:4040: headers, bodies and timings. Replay any request with one click while you debug.

Bandwidth controls

Track traffic per day in your dashboard. Clear monthly quotas and throughput limits, with warnings in the CLI and dashboard before you reach them.

Windows, macOS & Linux

A single binary with no dependencies, installed with one command. Native builds for x86-64 and ARM, including Apple silicon and Raspberry Pi.

Live in three steps

From install to a shareable link in under a minute.

Step 1

Install the CLI

$ curl -fsSL https://connect.getwebup.in/install.sh | sh

On Windows, run irm https://connect.getwebup.in/install.ps1 | iex in PowerShell, or grab a binary from the downloads page.

Step 2

Connect your account

$ getwebup config add-authtoken <TOKEN>

Your authtoken is waiting in the dashboard as soon as you create a free account.

Step 3

Share your site

$ getwebup http 3000

Your app on port 3000 is now online at an address like brave-otter-3f9a.tunnel.devai.in. Send the link to anyone.
